We sync with RealPage! Here's more detail about how the integration works once it's setup.

How to setup the RealPage integration:
In your RealPage account, in the top right corner click Administration.
On the Administration page, click RealPage Exchange at the bottom left. Then at the top under AppPartner Marketplace, select Marketplace.
In the AppPartner Marketplace, look for KnockRentals. On Knock's row, you click Select under the "Available Properties" column.
On the next page, select the checkbox next to each property that you want Knock to integrate with and then click Subscribe to Service.
The very last step is making sure that your Marketing Floor Plans are setup. First, select Crossfire on the lefthand dropdown on the main navigation menu.
Then under "Web site setup" section, select Floor plans.
If you already see all the floorplans you want to show up in Knock under the "Marketing floor plans" section (as opposed to "Unused floor plans"), then all you need to do is check the checkbox Show on web site? and then click the Save checkmark in the top right corner.
If you don't see the floorplans you want to show up in Knock under the "Marketing floor plans" section (more common), then you'll want to hit the New button next to "Marketing floor plans", select the floor plans you want to integrate, and then click Save.
Now you can just click Edit next to the group of floorplans you added, check the box that says Show on web site? and then click the Save checkmark in the top right corner.
We will take care of the rest! We will receive an email notification after you complete these 3 steps, and we will then get your Knock account(s) integrated with RealPage. We will email you as soon as the integration is ready.
