The Tour Engagement report was developed to help customers understand the experience of a prospect when visiting a selected property through the Knock Tours Experience. This report will help provide insight into the prospect journey, monitor leasing team performance and help you evaluate how you may need to adapt the prospect’s visit experience.

This report is only available for those who use our Knock Tours feature on iOS.

The below metrics are aggregated at either the property level or the agent level:

  • Visits - This refers to the total number of visits/tours that took place in the selected time range. This helps you understand the total volume of tours. Note: this figure does not include appointments that were canceled or are scheduled to take place in the future.

  • Visits w/ Show - This refers to the total number of Visits (as defined above) that consisted of a prospect being shown an available unit.

  • Tour Start - This is the total number of visits with a show that had resulted in ‘starting’ a tour.

  • Meet & Greet - This is the total number of visits with a show that had resulted in capturing the preferences and interests of the prospect.

  • ID Scan - This is the total number of visits with a show that resulted in a prospect submitting an ID verification via selfie-scan.

  • Walk-through - This is the total number of visits with a show that resulted in a prospect performing a walk-through of an available unit.

  • Quote % - This is the percentage of visits with a show that resulted in a quote. The calculation would be the total number of quotes divided by the total number of visits with show.

  • Tour Finish % - This is the percentage of visits with a show that were identified as having a completed tour. The calculation would be the total number of visits with a show that had the event type of ‘tour finish’ divided by the total number of visits with show.

  • Show % - This is the “Visits w/ Show” column divided by the “Visits” column.

  • Tour Engagement - This calculation shows the overall engagement of a prospect during a visit (i.e., a composite score showing the percentage of “Visits w/ Show” that proceeded through the entire process). This is calculated by taking the average of “Tour Start”, “Meet and Greet”, “ID Scan”, “Walk-through”, “Quote” and “Tour Finish” and dividing that by the “Visits w/ Show” column.

  • Tour Start % - This is the “Tour Start” column divided by the “Visits w/ Show” column.

  • Meet & Greet % - This is the “Meet & Greet” column divided by the “Visits w/ Show” column.

  • ID Scan % - This is the “ID Scan” column divided by the “Visits w/ Show” column.

  • Walk-through % - This is the “Walk-through” column divided by the “Visits w/ Show” column”.
